It all started when Jesús, just turned 13, bought his first sports nutrition book. He went from playing a team sport to an individual sport, swimming. Where performance begins to depend solely on oneself, improvement is subject to hard training and a sum of details that had to begin to be taken care of, including nutrition. He understood that sport and nutrition must walk together. He continued competing in swimming, combining it with other modalities (MTB, windsurfing, skiing, volleyball and basketball), but always attentive to the nutrition section.

In 2004, after completing his studies, and encouraged by his wife Pilar, who was starting out in triathlon, he returned to competing with clear and ambitious goals. He achieved good results, but the long distance continued to be resisted, always due to digestive problems in the last hours of the competitions, when the body needs it most. In 2007, aware that this problem is one of the great obstacles that any athlete must overcome in the long distance; Together with his doctor, coach, dietician, many specialized books, scientific studies and testing of all the products on the market, he decides to start a search to find out the causes of digestive problems in competition, and how to overcome them.

As the brand grows, 226ERS is more aware that sport and nutrition, in addition to being basic for good physical condition and performance, are necessary for an optimal mental state. The more than 80 references today are not only products directly related to physical activity, but also for everyday use, for all those who take care of their health. Always following the same guidelines and enthusiasm that marked the beginning, trying to improve day by day, using the best quality of ingredients, and always with natural products, paying special attention to their proper digestion. Along this long road, 226ERS continues to grow.
