Warranty Process

If you are Sram Vietnam's dealer or original owner and the product was purchased within the last two years, follow the steps below to submit your product for warranty evaluation.

  • Step 1: Take photo of the receipt and your SRAM products including the serial no. 
     
  • Step 2: Fill out the Warranty form , upload the photo, product description, and submit 
     
  • Step 3: We will contact SRAM Service Center where trained technicians will provide prompt troubleshooting and regional warranty assistance.
  • Step 4: Premium will notify you about the approval or denial of the warranty claim by email or phone.
